The LinkedIn Grant Community
If you haven’t yet discovered it, LinkedIn is a great place to get connected with other grant professionals.
When I started with grant management I often felt like I was the only one out there.
It was very isolating and I yearned to have others with a shared experience.
LinkedIn has provided a sense of community I knew was possible as a grant manager.
(With over $600 billion in federal funds awarded annually, I just knew there had to be more grant professionals out there! :D)
Through various groups and connections on LinkedIn, I regularly connect with over 15,000 grant professionals, and even that is only a small portion of the grant professionals out there.
If you are interested in a LinkedIn group dedicated to making grant management more manageable-check out the Grants Management Training Group.
I publish articles there regularly with tips about grant management and the latest trends and updates.
And I’m always interested in hearing about your latest challenges with the new grant regulations in 2 CFR Part 200.
